when there was no sound you tend to concentrate more on the image in front of you, after analysising with and without sound i have realised i had expected a lot more sound than there actually was, this is understandable as sometimes too much sound can be distracting from the image infront of you.
2) impact sound creating meaning
a lot of the music especially during the free running scene fitted well because it was fast paced much like the scene but also made it seem like the guy doing the free running was on a mission so the music and the image was the perfect compliment to each other.
3) how do you work out meaning without sound
i believe that it can be extremely difficult to find meaning without sound, but i think the key to it would be exageration, exagerate every movment and this way it is easier to see and identify what is happening.
